Sie können sich über unser Buchungstool, per E-Mail oder per Direktnachricht für Workshops und Veranstaltungen anmelden. Sobald Sie sich angemeldet haben, ist Ihr Platz reserviert.
Die Workshopgebühren sind vor Kursbeginn fällig – per Banküberweisung, Twint oder bar vor Ort. Bei Online-Bestellungen werden die verfügbaren Zahlungsmethoden im Bestellprozess angezeigt.
3. Stornierungen
4. Haftung
Stornierungen bis 7 Tage vor dem Workshop sind kostenlos. Danach – oder bei Nichterscheinen – wird die volle Gebühr fällig. Sie können Ihren Platz gerne an eine andere Person weitergeben (bitte geben Sie uns dafür vorher Bescheid).
Die Teilnahme an allen Workshops erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr. SoulClay übernimmt keine Haftung für Verletzungen oder Schäden, die während Ihres Aufenthalts im Studio entstehen.
5. Urheberrecht
Alle Designs, Bilder und Texte auf dieser Website sind urheberrechtlich geschützt. Bitte kopieren, teilen oder verwenden Sie keine Inhalte ohne Genehmigung.
6. Änderungen
SoulClay reserves the right to adjust course dates or content if needed. We’ll always let you know in advance if something changes.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop at www.soulclay.ch. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
All products in the shop are handmade – therefore, slight deviations in color, shape, and size may occur and are part of the unique charm of SoulClay. Each piece is one of a kind.

All prices are given in CHF (excluding shipping costs). Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the shop.
5. Returns & Complaints
Shipping is carried out within Switzerland using the postal service. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after payment is received. For pre-orders or during peak seasons, delivery may take slightly longer; we will inform you accordingly.
Due to the handmade nature of the products, returns are generally not accepted. If you are dissatisfied with a product or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt – we’ll work together on a solution ❤️
6. Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of SoulClay until full payment is received.

Personal data is used solely to process orders and for customer communication.
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Arth/SZ.
