Processing Time

All ready-made items are packed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
For made-to-order pieces or custom work, you’ll be notified of the estimated processing time (usually 4-8 weeks, depending on the project).

Sustainability matters to me. I use recycled and eco-friendly packaging wherever possible, while making sure your ceramics are well-protected for their journey.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address.
Free local pickup in Arth is available – just choose this option at checkout and I’ll be in touch to arrange a time.
