2. Payment
You can register for workshops and events via our booking tool, by email, or direct message. Once you sign up, your spot is considered reserved.
Workshop fees are due before the class begins – via bank transfer, Twint, or cash on site. For online orders, available payment methods will be listed at checkout.
3. Cancellations
4. Liability
Cancellations up to 7 days before the workshop are free of charge. After that – or in case of no-shows – the full fee will be charged. You’re welcome to transfer your spot to someone else (just let us know in advance).
5. Copyright
All designs, images, and texts on this website are protected by copyright. Please do not copy, share, or use any content without permission.
Participation in all workshops is at your own risk. SoulClay cannot be held liable for injuries or damage during your time at the studio.
6. Changes
SoulClay reserves the right to adjust course dates or content if needed. We’ll always let you know in advance if something changes.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop at www.soulclay.ch. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
All products in the shop are handmade – therefore, slight deviations in color, shape, and size may occur and are part of the unique charm of SoulClay. Each piece is one of a kind.

4. Shipping& Delivery
All prices are given in CHF (excluding shipping costs). Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the shop.
5. Returns & Complaints
Shipping is carried out within Switzerland using the postal service. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after payment is received. For pre-orders or during peak seasons, delivery may take slightly longer; we will inform you accordingly.
Due to the handmade nature of the products, returns are generally not accepted. If you are dissatisfied with a product or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt – we’ll work together on a solution ❤️
6. Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of SoulClay until full payment is received.

Personal data is used solely to process orders and for customer communication.
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Arth/SZ.
